A California lawmaker is abandoning his effort to honor golf star Tiger Woods with the Congressional Gold Medal.

In a statement given to The Hill's ITK, Rep. Joe Baca (D-Calif.) said, “In light of the recent developments surrounding Tiger Woods and his family, I will not pursue legislation awarding him the Congressional Gold Medal this session."

On Tuesday's episode of "The Glenn Beck Program," Beck asked listeners a "Christmas question" as the carol "Do You Hear What I Hear?" played in the background

"Do you believe Tiger Woods may actually be O.J. Simpson?"

Two weeks ago, Tiger Woods was the greatest athlete on Earth in the most affluent sport in the world.

Now he's just another evil black man who hurt a pretty white girl, and it's time to get the lynchin' rope out, corporate style.

Woods' standing with the public has fallen dramatically since reports of his extramarital affairs, according to an index used by advertisers to measure a celebrity's ability to affect consumers.

Before news of his infidelities, Woods was rated sixth. But now the The Davie Brown Index has him at 24th.

Media tracking company Nielsen has also found the last time a television commercial using Woods went to air was November 29.

Mark Sanford on the other hand gets a slap on the wrist for cheating on his wife in another country multiple times.

The speed of light is 186,000 miles a second.  It is only exceeded in this universe by the speed at which a black athlete is thrown under the bus.  What he may or may not have done is still unknown.  It doesn't matter.  He's just another guilty n*gger now.

Tiger, meet reality.  She is a harsh mistress indeed.
