The Mask Slips Again

...and a Republican tells the truth about what will happen if they take back the House, in this case GOP Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan.

AUDIENCE MEMBER: Assuming it’s accurate that Republicans will get the House, how effective will that be in throwing a monkey wrench in the gears of everything Obama does?
JORDAN: If we win, what will we get done? Mostly, I’ll be honest, most of what we can get done is have the big fight, have the big debate, and have the framework for the 2012 election.

What, you thought the Republicans had a plan to try to do anything to fix America's problems other than to blame Obama for the next two years?

Really?  Obama Derangement Syndrome is all they have to offer.

  1. Context, try and stay within it.

Anyway I don't think it's as much about Obama as you like to think. I think a large number are actually going to run on "Libs blow give us a shot!"

  2. Context?

So you're saying that the GOP has a solution to all our problems then?

  3. See this is why you're a libtard. It's either extreme left or extreme right, you ignore anything in between.

Stating they have 0 solutions what so ever is completely ignorant. If you honestly believe that the left has every answer then you are naive.

  4. Right. Petty and childish personal insults aside, Waffles...you don't find it odd in the least that "stopping Obama" seems to be the plan when that won't exactly fix the non-Obama related problems we have?

And when asked asked right out what he hoped to accomplish, Jimmy here says the GOP will be able to better frame 2012?

If Congressman Jordan knew of the GOP having anything other than "stop Obama!" as a plan, shouldn't he have said so when asked by the audience?

  5. Well do you know what he means by "Framework for 2012?

Unless you know exactly what he meant then you're talking hypothetically and drawing conclusions based off of that. You know what happens when you assume, right?

What if his plan for laying framework for 2012 is fixing the economy and jobs? That would be a good way to lay the framework for Obamas ousting in 2012 wouldn't you say?

  6. It indeed would be.

    Why not say that?

  7. Well in chess do you tell your opponent what you're going to do 5 moves in advance?

This is a game to them

  8. Right. Because it's crazy to ask what the Republican Party actually wants to do for America other than oppose Obama.

  9. Well yes you are crazy to ask that. You could go beyond the plethora of liberal sites and blogs you read broaden your horizons and look something up for yourself.

  10. Like what, Paul Ryan's plan to privatize SS and Medicare with...what, exactly?

Like the plan to "repeal and replace" health care reform with...what, exactly?

You're the one saying the GOP has a plan, and then not only can you not provide any evidence of one, you're saying that it's my responsibility to research it when you clearly haven't yourself?

Waffles, you really are a terrible troll.

    Thread over.
