Bill Maher is right. You can't ignore the birther fever swamp. Look what happened with the Swift Boat BS and Bill Clinton (insert non-scandal here). These people have to be addressed and slapped down at every turn. They are dangerous and demented. The next McVeigh will come out of this wankerfest.
I know, but I can still be quite indignant over it. It's getting ridiculous.
