The "party of fiscal discipline" unanimously rejected the PayGo rule, and that raccoon story hits me close to home. I dog walk in Central Park, and several nights last week could hear raccoons going CRAZY. If I suddenly go silent, know that it was because a couple of rabid raccoons took me down.
