The new missile is called a plasma rocket. Welcome to Star Trek. The engine is called VASIMR, which sounds like a Russian code name.

I still have not played Civ IV because III was SUCH a time vampire. But yes.
I need to play Civ 3 again. Want to play Civ 4, but it doesn't work well with my computer.
