Hasn't occurred to the blog writer than posting your own personal blog has nothing to do with anything work related and is in violation of corporate net use policy. But hey post about it while on company time, maybe you made this one in advance too huh?

Then you're an idiot, if him not doing his job didn't effect me I'd be ok with it, but now it has a direct effect on me. If someone you worked with who was your peer then got promoted into a role that means you now need him to help you and he's too busy posting blogs and then acts like an ass when you ask him to do his job, you would be pissed as well.
