Home sales down in March, inventories down, prices down, but still 10.7 months of homes on the market. That's going to have to go down to 6 months or lower before we hit bottom in the housing market.
Mr. Cramer still stands by his call of a bottom in the housing market in two months. You keep thinking that, and over here in reality, I figure 2010 sometime. Maybe 2011.
